1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Product Information

Our fashion jewelry is designed for aesthetic purposes and crafted from high-quality non-precious metals and stones. Due to the handmade or delicate nature of some items, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur.

  • Allergy Notice: Some pieces may contain nickel or other metals. If you have metal allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before purchasing.

  • Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain the life of your jewelry.

3. Pricing & Payment

5. Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or pierced jewelry.
For other jewelry items:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all original tags or pouches.

  • To request a return, email us at contact with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of being placed. After that, we cannot guarantee changes due to our fulfillment process.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Sempiterno Paris is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions for jewelry.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of  France , without regard to conflict of law principles.
